<p>Racine Supported Apartment Program (RSA) is located in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. It offers spacious, fully furnished, two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is shared with a roommate. Our services reflect the belief that all individuals deserve to life in the most integrated placement possible. The goal is to support each person in maximizing their skills to become as independent as possible, and to achieve not only physical integration, but social inclusion in the community.</p>
<p>RSA offers 24-hour staff on site, with awake third shift. During the assessment process, we will discuss individual goals and outcomes to help clients live as independently as possible. Services are tailored to meet each person&#8217;s needs.</p>
<p>RSA provides:</p>
<ul>
<li>Three meals provided each day</li>
<li>Minimal personal care assistance</li>
<li>Daily living skills training</li>
<li>Medication monitoring</li>
<li>Hygiene monitoring</li>
<li>Financial management assistance</li>
<li>Tima management assistance</li>

<p>Burlington&#8217;s Supported Apartment Program (B-SAP) is HIL&#8217;s most independent apartment program. Our services reflect the belief that all individuals deserve to live in the most integrated placement possible. The goal is to support each person in maximizing their skills to become as independent as possible, and to achieve not only physical integration but social inclusion in the community.</p>
<p>Flexible staff support is offered on-site each day. Clients are independent on third shift but have access to emergency call number if needed.</p>
<p>B-SAP provides:</p>
<ul>
<li>Transportation to medical appointments</li>
<li>Daily living skills training</li>
<li>Medication monitoring</li>
<li>Hygiene monitoring</li>
<li>Financial management assistance</li>
<li>Time management assistance</li>
<li>Social skills development</li>
